March 10, 2004 - Admiral Bay Resources Inc., having filed Articles of Continuance with the Registrar of Companies for British Columbia and Ontario, was continued from a British Columbia corporation to an Ontario corporation.

January 8, 1999 - By Special Resolution filed with the Registrar of Companies for British Columbia, the Company split its Common shares on a 1 old to 3 new basis resulting in an authorized capital of 300,000,000 Common shares without par value.

August 31, 1998 - By Special Resolution filed with the Registrar of Companies for British Columbia, the Company changed its name to "Admiral Bay Resources Inc."

July 29, 1997 - By Special Resolution filed with the Registrar of Companies for British Columbia, the Company:

  • Consolidated its Common shares on a 5 old to 1 new basis resulting in an authorized capital of 20,000,000 Common shares without par value;

  • Consolidated its Common shares on a 3.69-to-1 basis resulting in an authorized capital of 6,775,067.7 Common shares without par value;
