STEVEN TEDESCO
President & C.E.O.

Mr. Tedesco has over 25 years experience working with coals and coal mining, over 22 years experience in oil and gas exploration and production and has been working since 1988 in the coal bed methane industry. Mr. Tedesco is considered an expert in coal bed methane in North America and Europe with a specific focus on Mid-Continent and Eastern US coals. Mr. Tedesco has handled projects from cradle to grave and is well versed in all aspects of oil, gas and coal bed methane operations. He has an M.S. from Southern Illinois University in Geology, specializing in coal and is presently in Ph. D. program at the Colorado School of Mines.

Mr. Tedesco is the founder of Atoka Coal Labs, a company specializing in coal analysis for the coalbed methane industry. He has been a CBM consultant for Peabody Coal, Newfield Exploration, Calpine, Berry Petroleum and Wolverine Gas & Oil.




Mr. Carington was formerly Executive Vice-President with Abraxas Petroleum Corporation, an AMEX listed company. With Abraxas, he supervised a series of restructuring transactions totaling over US$600 million using innovative financing instruments including contingent value rights and highly structured debt, to allow Abraxas to maintain its core asset base while preserving equity value for shareholders. He also coordinated the company's listing on American Stock Exchange. Prior to that, Mr. Carington was Managing Director of Corporate Finance with Jefferies and Company, Inc. where he worked on over 25 financing transactions that raised more than US$1.6 billion in debt and equity proceeds as well as closing over US$400 million in M&A transactions and financial advisory assignments.

Mr. Powers is the founder of Powers Asset Management, LLC, a significant shareholder of Admiral Bay Resources, and is the portfolio manager for the Powers Energy Fund, LP. Prior to founding Powers Asset Management, LLC, he conducted independent research covering the North American E&P sector. Mr. Powers holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University, Washington, DC, and is a Director of PetroGlobe Inc.




Mr. McMichael is a self-employed business consultant, specializing in capital markets analysis for the oil and gas industry. Since October 2004, he has been a Director of Matador Resources Company, a privately held exploration and production company based in Dallas. Since December 2004 he has been a Director of Denbury Resources, Inc., a medium-sized public oil and gas company, also based in Dallas.

From 1998 to 2004, Mr. Mc Michael was Vice President and Group Leader - Energy Research at A.G. Edwards, Inc., a large St. Louis-based investment firm. In that capacity, he was responsible for all of the firm's equity research in the energy sector, including the integrated oils, exploration and production, oil service and master limited partnerships. Mr. McMichael was one of eleven Wall Street Research Analysts nationally who appeared on Fortune magazine's 2001 All-Star Analysts List, based on stock performance and broad feedback from institutional investors. In 1998 and 2001, he was one of three energy analysts nationally to be selected as "Best on the Street" by The Wall Street Journal for stock picking and earnings estimate accuracy.

Prior to A.G. Edwards, Mr. McMichael was Managing Director of Equity Research at Hanifen, Imhoff, Inc., a Denver-based regional investment banking firm. During his eight years there, he was responsible for direct research coverage of the oil and gas exploration and production sector. Prior to Hanifen, he was Chief Executive Officer of Point Resources, Inc., a privately held oil and gas acquisition and production company he co-founded in 1987. From 1975 to 1986 Mr. McMichael was employed in various financial capacities by Stauffer Oil & Gas, Paine Webber, Inc., The Anschutz Corporation, and Reserve Oil and Gas Company.




Mr. Del Buono serves as a securities analyst for Scion Capital. Prior to joining Scion Capital in July 2004, he was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co., San Francisco, in the Corporate Finance & Strategy practice. At McKinsey, Michel primarily worked with industrial & energy clients to implement investment strategies involving course-changing investments and M&A transactions and conducted due diligence for major private equity firms in connection with over $1 billion of leveraged buyout transactions. Michel received his BS degree in Systems Engineering with High Honors from the University of Virginia, and he holds three graduate degrees: An M.Phil. in Economics from the University of Cambridge, UK; An M.Sc. degree in Engineering-Economic Systems from Stanford University; and a Ph.D degree in Management Science & Engineering, also from Stanford University.




Mr. Swanson is a successful Denver area businessman with significant financial and growth company experience. He received his CPA certificate in 1976 and has worked in public and private accounting.

Since that time, Mr. Swanson founded Topperscot, Inc., a company in which he was instrumental in building and operating the company to become the largest domestic manufacturer of specialty Christmas ornaments. Mr. Swanson was instrumental in taking the company full circle from start-up to selling to an investor group.

More recently, he has taken an active ownership position in a struggling plastics forming company and turned it around to the point of expansion. Mr. Swanson is also involved in taking a multiple well project out of bankruptcy involving both convention and unconventional wells in the Powder River Basin in Wyoming and helping it re-establish production.
